藍光(BLUE)、白光(visible)一鍵切換,光強度可調。
白光模式(visible mode)可適用于考馬斯亮藍染色、銀染的蛋白凝膠,甲基蘭染色的DNA凝膠,放射自顯影膠片,雜交膜以及微孔板等的觀測。
藍光模式(blue mode)可適用于觀察熒光素 (fluorescein), AttoPhos, GelStar, Vistra Green, SYPRO Orange, red-shifted GFP variants等都可使用。對于Rhodamines, Ethidium Bromide(EB)等激發(fā)光大于500 nm的染料亦可適用;可以廣泛用于DNA、RNA 以及蛋白質的檢測。
LED藍光透射儀LUV-450 又叫藍光切膠儀--讓您遠離EB和UV的傷害。常規(guī)的DNA電泳分析,通常使用溴化乙錠(EB)進行染色。由于溴化乙錠是毒性較強的致癌劑,因此,已經有新型的、無害的DNA染料開始使用。SYBR即是一種理想的新的染料。但是,由于SYBR的激發(fā)光的波長在可見光區(qū)域,通常的紫外透射儀、紫外切膠儀是無法使用的。

Visi-Blue? Transilluminators
Visi-Blue? Transilluminators easily convert exist 302nm UV to 480nm blue light emitting no harmful UV energy output. Excellent for use with blue 460-470nm excitation samples and SYBR Green, SYPRO Orange and GFP stains. As compared to UV, the blue light will transmit through almost any transparent (plastic, glass, etc.) laboratory equipment. This is essential when monitoring and detecting DNA migration and protein expression in real time. A special amber camera filter (50mm sq) is included when photographing gels.
Visi-Blue? transilluminators and converter plates minimize photonicking of DNA samples. The amber protective cover blocks blue light transmission and allows visualization of most samples above 500nm. VB-26V is a compact 8-watt model while the VB-40V is a large format 25-watt model.
